	MG Trade Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. (in short mg india) was established in New Delhi in September 1984. Ownership: Solvadis GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany. Board of Directors: Mr. U.A. Boettcher, Frankfurt. Chairman Mr. A. K. Raina, New Delhi. Managing Director Mr. R. Wichert, Frankfurt. Director MG India is involved in import and export of Chemicals and Plastics. The company is also involved in all facets of the Metal Industry in India including supply of raw materials (copper concentrates, non-ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel and brass/aluminum scraps) and export of Metal / Metal Products (Aluminum Metal, Alumina & Copper Cathodes). The company looks after the business interests of Sempra Metals Group, Stamford, USA / London, UK including hedging at the LME. During the last years, MG India has been, for and on behalf of their principals, handling business turnover of about USD 650 million, per year.
